Is it possible to send us the watches on approval?

We offer you the possibility to receive samples on approval for 30 days. If you decide to keep the samples, you will be invoiced automatically after 30 days.

How can we have our design made?

1) Select a model and a version.
2) Choose the possibilities to personalize your watch.
3)Send your choices and your logo (in Illustrator Eps format) to Info@chronowatches.nl.
4) Within 3 working days we will send you two different, digital designs by E-mail.

Do we have to pay for the design?

For each model you order, the first 2 digital designs are free. After this, the price is € 17,50 for each design.

What is the minimum number of watches we have to order?

Swiss Military by Chrono watches: 5 watches
Mechanical watches: 10 watches
Quartz chronograph watches: 25 watches
Quartz analogue watches: 50 watches

How can we place an order?

Within a few days after agreeing with our proposal, you'll receive your invoice with an overview of the watches you've ordered and the expected delivery date. Once we have received your payment, we'll start with the production of your watch.

Can I change my order?

During the design process you can change whatever you like. After you've placed your order, changes can still be made by contacting us by phone. Once you've paid your invoice, it's no longer possible to change the design of your watch.

What are your terms of payment?

In The Netherlands you pay 70% within 14 days after your written order. Within 14 days after delivery, you'll pay the remaining 30%.

In all other countries you pay 100% within 14 days after your written order.

How will the watches be delivered?

All watches will be delivered in a standard box, with the instructions for use, a 'Swiss Made' certificate, Swiss Made-tag and twelve months international guarantee.

What's the average delivery time?

After we've received your payment, the watches will be delivered within 3 to 6 weeks.

Your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to earning your trust by safeguarding your personal information. All the information you provide to us is securely maintained and is kept strictly confidential. We do not, and will not, sell or rent our customer lists to other companies.

What exactly is covered by the guarantee?

Our watches come with a full year's international guarantee. In case of a defect during this period your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Not covered by the guarantee are:

- Excessive and unusual wear and tear
- Any defect arising from accident, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use
- The batteries
- The glass
- Crown/screw
- The watch strap
- Inexpert or unauthorised repair

Some good advice to extend the life span of your watch:

Always make sure that the crown is pushed in to prevent moisture from entering your watch. Avoid severe shocks, chemical products and magnetic fields.

How long is the period of guarantee?

The international guarantee for our watches is 12 months.
